This ‘brand entertainment’ agency has a fantastic reputation, and is the market leader in its category for a number of high profile clients. Its expertise is in developing highly creative brand experiences through PR, events, sponsorship, social media and all forms of branded content. Based in Central London, the working environment of the agency is creative and entrepreneurial, with a strong team spirit, and they are currently looking for a commercial and talented New Business Director to join the team there.

The Role

As New Business Director, you will:

work with Senior Management and Account Directors to drive domestic and international new business opportunities
ensure the new business pipeline is constantly full, and through efficient and creative response, that the agency’s pitch success rate remains high.
be the first point of contact for all incoming leads, with a New Business Manager and New Business Co-ordinator working into you.
be responsible for presenting and updating agency collateral such as creds, case studies and the website
liaise and build relationships within the industry and with relevant intermediaries

The Candidate

This New Business Director should have proven new business ability and senior-level experience of running a New Business team in an agency environment. Additionally, he/she will have:

Excellent relationships with intermediaries resulting in briefs/pitch consideration
The ability to spot opportunities within market place and action against them
Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to develop written work of the highest standard – strategic pitch presentations and more consultative documents
A dynamic and creative personality that will thrive in a vibrant agency environment.
