Haymarket Media are looking for a part time Ad Operations Executive to assist in ensuring the efficient flow of display advertising across Haymarket Business Media websites and provide support to the existing HBM Ad Operations Team.

Specific responsibilities

  • To deliver the best possible advertising experience to our clients.
  • First point of contact for user login or site issues.-Implementation and management of display advertising, and ensure that creative/copy is uploaded correctly within agreed timescales and adjust as instructed by sales teams.
  • Provision of high quality support and campaign reporting to Clients (advertisers and agencies)-Support of the sales team: availability forecasting, monitoring, analysing & compiling campaign and traffic stats-Other ad hoc duties may include updating events content, handling user queries and maintaining best possible ad operations client services

Development & Training

  • Trafficking ad campaigns in the ad server for display sales-Reformatting and testing creative/rich media where necessary-Optimisation and troubleshooting of advertising

Requirements

Essential:

  • Numerate and analytical
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines-Remain calm under pressure-Clear communicator -Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to learn new technical systems quickly

Desirable:

  • MS Office with Excel-Familiarity with HTML & Photoshop
  • Experience of campaign management / ad-serving
